I made boots over a 4-day bootmaking workshop, lead by Connie Puetz: a seasoned shoemaker of the Stratford Festival. After taking her first shoemaking workshop, I wanted to deepen my knowledge and craft of the footwear making process. The class involved leatherworking, cutting, sewing, lasting, shaping, wet forming, and working with the sole.
